Foresight Management Services, LLC provides management and accounting services to skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in California. 

Foresight was founded in 1998 through the collaboration of senior management and corporate staff of Independent Quality Care (IQC).  IQC was a recognized leader in quality care and services to long term care residents in the San Francisco Bay Area for over thirty-years.  Foresight provides services to both for profit and not-for-profit providers.

Foresight is a value-driven organization emphasizing quality services.  Our mission statement, “It is our mission to provide excellence in clinical care and services,” and our four core values of Services, Customer, Employee and Financial are foremost in everything we do.  This strong focus on values is Foresight’s strength.  Our approach to systematic quality and continuous quality improvement has been widely recognized on both State and National levels.

Jeremy Grimes, President
Jeremy received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Southern California in 1994.  As administrator, Jeremy had the distinct honor of representing one of the first facilities in the nation to receive the prestigious AHCA Step I and Step II Quality Award. He as has served as Senior and Master examiner for subsequent Quality Awards. He is the creator of  “SNF – The Board Game”, an award winning educational program used as a tool in teaching long term care employees how to balance the multiple needs of a facility.
In 2004 Jeremy was elected President of Foresight.  Under his leadership, Foresight has witnessed a rejuvenation and return to it’s core through reinstatement of the award-winning Leadership Academy, a growth in company size and revenue, and a rededication to it’s value-based approach to business.

Mary Anne Branch, R.N., M.S.N., Vice President of Clinical Services
Mary Anne Branch is the V.P. of Clinical Services for Foresight.  She holds a Masters of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and has over thirty-eight years of experience as a Registered Nurse.  During almost twenty-five years of practice in geriatric nursing, she has held positions in education, nursing management and administration in Assisted Living.  She has held the position of Nurse Consultant in several large post acute organizations.  Mary Anne is certified in Quality Management and has developed and implemented clinical programs for both skilled nursing and assisted living environments.

Angeles (Angie) Lim, RN, BSN, Clinical Services Coordinator
Angie is a licensed RN, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila.   She has 4 years of working in the acute care environment.  In 1982, after coming to California, Angie began working in the long-term care field.  She has worked as a charge nurse, ADON, DON and since 1997 has been a Clinical Service Coordinator.  Angie is presently pursuing a Certification in Legal Nurse Consulting in hopes to obtain a degree in Litigation specializing in Medical Malpractice.

Marc Hanson, Regional Administrator
Marc Hanson, Regional Administrator for Foresight for the past two years, has been in health care management since 1980, the years split equally between acute hospital and long-term care experience.  Marc joined Foresight in 1999 as the administrator of its Valley Pointe facility, following a career that included administrator positions in religious sponsored, county and for-profit managed care settings, in geriatric, psychiatric and acute general hospitals and long-term care facilities.  He holds a Master in Public Health degree from UC/Berkeley, with an emphasis in health policy and administration.  Currently, eight of Foresight’s facilities report to Marc in his role of Regional Administrator.
