James R. Preimesberger
MS, NHA, JD
Chairman and President
|
James Preimesberger
founded Meridian Health Services
(Meridian Foresight) in 1999 and
has led the management and development
of the company as Chairman and
President. Early in his life,
James envisioned building a nursing
home that catered to providing
people the best home-like environment.
He began his career as an Activities
Director in 1988 and as a licensed
nursing home administrator, has
strived to improve the perception
of nursing homes focusing his
energy on building an infrastructure
providing a higher standard of
quality in the nursing home. James'
innovative perspective sets the
stage for new age health care
administration and compliments
Meridian Foresight's needs as
a young and rapidly growing skilled
nursing management company.
Prior to founding Meridian Foresight,
James proved his passion for quality
service and excelled into several
positions as an administrator
and director of operations for
a several large skilled nursing
facilities. James has a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Social Sciences
and a Master's of Science degree
in Gerontology and has recently
completed his Doctorate of Jurisprudence.
James is currently an active member
of the California State BAR. www.preimesbergerlaw.com.
In his spare time, James volunteers
as a pilot for Angel Flight, flying
patients from remote locations
to municipal hospitals.

Anand G. Patel
Chief
Executive Officer
|
Anand Patel has quickly
worked his way into a senior role within
the organization by offering leadership
and direction for many of Meridian Foresight's
strategic efforts. As Chief Operating
Officer, Anand works with the management
team to evaluate and financially drive
new strategic business opportunities,
support financing efforts, and improve
operations at the corporate level. Prior
to joining Meridian Foresight, Anand
worked for a Fortune 50 company in a
supporting operations role.
He, as well as his counterparts,
was hired to compliment James' vision
of providing superior quality health
care. In his spare time, Anand works
with Habitat for Humanity in building
homes for the homeless.
Anand earned a Bachelor
of Science degree in Economics.

Amit Nayyar
Chief Financial Officer
|
Amit Nayyar joined
Meridian Foresight as chief financial
officer in 2005. Prior to his promotion,
Amit excelled at learning new and
innovative ways to track and trend
operating requirements. As a seasoned
executive with strong Fortune 500
work experience, Amit's dedication
and vision for Meridian Foresight
has allowed us to maximize performance
while improving on quality and care
for our residents.
Amit holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Applied Sciences and one in Economics.
He holds a Master of Science in Management.

Jeremy Grimes, BS, NHA
Chief Operating Officer
|
Jeremy is operationally
responsible for providing the best possible
care for all Meridian Foresight facilities.
His extensive background in healthcare
coupled with his drive to succeed is
what helps makes Foresight Management
a valuable asset to the company who's
vision is to provide superior quality
healthcare.
As an administrator, Jeremy had the
distinct honor of representing one of
the first facilities in the nation to
receive the prestigious AHCA Step I
and Step II. He is the creator of "SNF
- The Board Game", an award winning
educational program used as a tool in
teaching long term care employees how
to balance the multiple needs of a facility.
Jeremy received a Bachelor's of Science
degree in Mathematics in 1994.

Ashwin Rajput
Chief of Staff
|
Ashwin Rajput is the
Chief of Staff of Meridian Foresight.
He shares the company vision in creating
a company that will provide the most
superior health care. Ashwin comes to
Meridian Foresight from two well-recognized
Fortune 500 companies where he held
supporting roles in quality and project
management.
Ashwin is responsible for Meridian Foresight's
corporate affairs as well as project
management in dealing with state and
local regulatory agencies. He joined
Meridian Foresight in January of 2005
and also serves as the Secretary of
the Board.
Ashwin has several years in the biotechnology
and consumer products industries, managing
projects with the state and federal
regulatory agencies.
Prior to joining Meridian Foresight,
he held positions in project management,
engineering and sales at two multinational
Fortune 500 companies. Ashwin is the
first in his family to graduate from
college and sincerely dedicates his
time to under privileged children.
Ashwin received a Bachelor of Science
degree in chemical engineering with
an emphasis in biotechnology. He has
committed some of his efforts to helping
the American Red Cross.

Vic Gellon, MBA, PMP
Executive Vice President
|
Vic Gellon became the
President of Meridian Development Group
in 2007 and has quickly worked his way
onto the Board of Directors of Meridian
Foresight by bridging the gap between
project management ventures. Prior to
joining Meridian, Vic has worked for
a number of large high-tech firms, holding
key roles in Marketing, Project Management
and Spend Management. In his current
role, Vic works to financially evaluate
and drive strategic real estate development
opportunities. His wide range of skills
and knowledge in business administration
and finance has also made him an integral
part of our investor relations efforts
and financing programs.
Vic is a driving force for reaching
our vision to provide superior quality
and state-of-the-art healthcare facilities.
In his spare time, Vic has volunteered
on numerous projects with Habitat for
Humanity to build low income homes for
those in need.

Dion Whitehead, RN,
BSN
Vice President
|
Dion Whitehead is the
Vice President of Meridian Foresight.
Born in a suburb of Los Angeles, Dion
worked his way through school to become
the first college graduate in his family.
He has demonstrated a passion to support
the elderly and rejuvenate the industry
as a whole by providing innovating quality
care.
Prior to this role, Dion was the Director
of Nursing Services at a large sub-acute
nursing facility. He has validated his
broad experience in nursing, having
trained and practiced as a general nurse,
a health advisor, and a liaison between
the facility and state and regulatory
agencies. Dion also has extensive general
management experience in primary care
and mental health services. His vision
is to structure and provide quality
care and dignity to the elderly with
a drive to understanding each individual
resident's need.
Dion earned his bachelor of science
in nursing. He is currently pursuing
a Master's degree in Nursing Management.
