Sub acute care is designed to treat patients who are recovering from an acute illness, injury or debilitating medical condition, and need extensive rehabilitation services and/or medical treatment. It is more intensive than traditional nursing home care. It is a goal-oriented treatment implemented immediately following or instead of acute hospitalization. Sub acute care is a specifically defined program where the primary goal is to have the patient return to previous functionality as quickly as possible.

Network facilities are staffed by doctors, physical therapists, nurses and a wide array of specialists who utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment technologies. Our network has the resources to provide both the technology and human care for our valued patients
